  3. Kiaora it was fun swimming and having free time. Even tough I was one of the last ones to race. I still had fun. And singing and practicing are chant of are house and finally getting to listen to the other houses chants it was just so much fun.

  4. Talofa Mrs Mundy, I love that we got to race, I liked pohutakawas chants and clothes but I loved chant more. My favourite part of the whanau day was the free time, I hope we have more of them in the future.

  6. Hi E1 students i'm India-Grace from Marshland School. Hope you guys had an awesome day swimming.I was wondering if that pool is at you school and if not where did you go swimming? We don't have a pool at our school so we have to go swimming at the Graham Condon complex in Christchurch.

    1. Hi India-Grace, We have to catch a bus to the local pool also. It is a 15 minute drive to Massey Park Pools in Papakura.

  7. Kia ora our names are Bella and Molly we are year 6 girls from Marshland School, We love all your creative and cool costumes good job for best dressed house. We have done house competitions before they are so fun! We are looking forward to seeing some more posts. I'm Bella and i'm in Korowai yellow which means maori cloak, I'm Molly and i'm in Kahu Kiwi blue which also means maori feather cloak, Harakeke green which is flax and also green stone and Whitau red which is flax and fibre.
