Swimming Day 2 - Papakura Pools

Once again we had to parts to our lesson. Girls started in the shallow lesson pool and Boys in the deep end of the big pool. For some of us (who had never been in the deep end it was a bit scary), but they had these special platforms for us to stand on to help us.

  1. Hello Miss Mundy, I am Marlie from Red Hill School. Thank you for explaining how it was more easy in the shallow pool. I liked how you said that you could turn over from your back to front when breathing. Next time we could try doing breath stroke.

  3. Hi ALeki, we had to travel to the local pools (Papakura). The inside pools were being fixed (under repair) so we had to go in the side pools. The water was cold but the sun was hot.
