Food for Thought - Types of Food we Should Eat



Who can remember something they learnt?
 Protein comes from lean meat. - Kingston
Milk has protein. - Tagaloa
Fruit and Vegetables have minerals and vitamins which are good for us. JaSeng
Starchy Vegetables like potatoes, kumara and grains high in energy from carbohydrates.
